- To be eligible to use our services it must be legal for you to view/own adult content in your local community, state, or country.
- NO CHILD PORNOGRAPHY. All transfers are logged. Your IP and E-mail will be sent to the appropriate federal agencies if you upload child pornography or link to it from this network.
- No images that are not licensed by you, the Webmaster, or that are not given out as promotional material by partnership programs you are promoting.
- No bestiality, celebrity, "password trading", "warez", hacking/phreaking, anarchy, or hate sites.
- Unsolicited mass e-mailing, UseNet postings, or any other forms of spamming are NOT allowed for promoting your website.
- You can operate as many sites as you wish as long as they are periodically updated and/or receiving traffic.Accounts inactive for 90 days will be deleted.
- Allowed file types are: jpg|gif|html|htm|php|txt|png|cfg|bmp|jpeg|ico|css|swf|sql|xml|shtml|inc|log
- Maximum file size is 5MB (5000KB)
- You get 250MB of webspace
- Our free hosting is for adult related sites only. Please no google arbitrage or similar sites, these will be deleted.
- No bittorrent or torrent related sites. These will be deleted without notice if found.

EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES BY VENDOR. VENDOR DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES MENTIONED IN THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE EXCLUSION OF THESE WARRANTIES IS PART OF THE BASIS FOR THE BARGAIN AND IS REFLECTED IN THE PRICE TO BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, CLAIMS, OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY VENDOR, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOR ARE THERE ANY WARRANTIES CREATED BY COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR TRADE USAGE. VENDOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL MEET CUSTOMERS' NEEDS OR BE FREE FROM ERRORS, OR THAT THE OPERATIONS OF THE PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED. THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLAIMERS ARE AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT AND FORM THE BASIS FOR DETERMINING THE PRICE CHARGED FOR THE PRODUCT.
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
IN NO EVENT SHALL VENDOR BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM, CLAIM, OR ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, IN AN AMOUNT THAT EXCEEDS THE SUMS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT (WITH A FURTHER REDUCTION OF SUCH LIABILITY BY A PRO RATA ABATEMENT OF THAT SUM OVER A 60 MONTH TERM FOR EACH FULL OR PARTIAL MONTH THAT THE PRODUCT IS ACTUALLY USED BY THE CUSTOMER).
EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL AND OTHER DAMAGES
VENDOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMANT FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON A CLAIM OR ACTION OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER TORT, BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY DUTY, INDEMNITY, CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF VENDOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE EXCLUSION CONTAINED IN THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FAILURE OF THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
INTEGRATION; AMENDMENT
This agreement, together with its schedules, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties relating to the transactions contemplated by this agreement. There are no promises, terms, conditions, obligations, or warranties with respect to those transactions, other than those contained in this agreement or the schedules. This agreement supercedes all prior communications, warranties, representations, commitments, or agreements, verbal or written, among the parties, relating to the transactions contemplated by this agreement. This agreement may not be amended except in a writing executed by both parties.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers Bidsex.net's treatment of personally identifiable information that Bidsex.net collects when you are on the Bidsex.net Websites and when you use Bidsex.net's services. Bidsex.net engages solely in 100% permission-based marketing. For each visitor to our Websites, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's host-name.
